About SeaBreeze Advisory Services
SeaBreeze Advisory Services is a deliberately small practice. The model is straightforward: three to ten clients at a time, senior-level attention on every engagement, and the technical depth to handle the work that most fractional controllers hand off.
That means doing the daily bookkeeping when it matters, the monthly controller-level analysis, and the strategic documents that go to investors, boards, and foreign parents. Most bookkeepers can’t do the second category. Most controllers won’t do the first. The work product is better when one person owns both.
What sets the practice apart
Range — From AP entry through investor proformas, from Wave conversions through NetSuite implementations. The same practitioner handles the close, designs the controls, and writes the board commentary.
Implementation experience — Three active or recent NetSuite migrations across pharmaceutical manufacturing, e-commerce, and engineering services. Plus QBO, Ajera, Wave, Shopify, and Jobber work. That breadth is rare in a fractional practice.
Forensic problem-solving — The kind of work that earns trust. A $162,244 balance sheet imbalance diagnosed in 30 minutes. Cash flow statements rebuilt from scratch. Models that finally tie out after months of broken numbers.
Cross-border fluency — Foreign-parent / US-subsidiary reporting structures, intercompany reconciliations, US export documentation, and the dynamics of reporting to a non-US parent company.
Industry breadth — Pharma, engineering, staffing, e-commerce, distribution, manufacturing, and foreign-owned subsidiaries. Different revenue recognition, different controls, different audit risks. Pattern recognition across all of them.
